By installing, accessing, or using the Typeport plugin ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Typeport ("we", "our", "us"). We may update these Terms from time to time — continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
Typeport is a Figma plugin that exports PDFs with real, selectable, searchable text. The plugin operates entirely within the Figma environment. Your design files are processed locally and are never transmitted to or stored on our servers.
Typeport offers a free plan and a Pro plan. The free plan includes unlimited exports with a Typeport watermark. The Pro plan removes the watermark and unlocks multi-page export, batch export, hyperlink preservation, and custom font support.
Pro is available on two billing cycles: $6/month billed monthly, or $60/year billed annually (2 months free).
Monthly plans are non-refundable once Pro features have been used within the current billing period. Annual plans are non-refundable once Pro features have been used. If you purchase Pro and have not yet used any Pro features, contact us within 7 days for a full refund.
If you cancel, your Pro access continues until the end of your current paid period. No prorated refunds are issued.

Typeport and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Typeport and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your designs remain yours. Typeport claims no ownership or rights over any content you process through the plugin. We do not access, view, or store your design files.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Typeport shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the plugin and cancelling your subscription.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property, and Governing Law) will remain in effect.
We may revise these Terms as the product evolves. When we make significant changes, we will notify you via the email address associated with your account. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
Continued use of Typeport after changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and applicable European Union regulations. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bulgaria.
